Convicted but Blacked Out — January 2019

As reported in the Shropshire Star (Telford, UK), plural gets 6 years for “causing grievous bodily harm with intent”.  Daniel& Bassett got in a fight with former friend Timothy Russell and blacked out. When the two went to the hospital it was discovered that Russell was missing an earlobe.  Both sustained injuries from the fight.  Bassett& gets 6 years, and must serve half the sentence before being released on license.

Bassett& thinks they have dissociative identity disorder, but they are undiagnosed. No mention was made of whether the courts recommended psychiatric treatment or diagnosis.
