Short Film “Alter” released…

Alter is a short film by Vancouver Film School (YouTube link) that depicts Paola and other alters (Destiny Millns), and a brief struggle with the fear of facing evidence of and discovering a new alter, Anna.  Overall a good depiction of DID in the “everyday”.

Does not require any particular content warnings. Depicts dissociation, a child alter at play, a frustrated host, therapy sessions. Uses a high-pitched tone to indicate switches. Does not appear to have closed captions or a transcript.
